Itinerary

Travel to the medieval town of Gruyéres, home of the World famous Swiss cheese. Visit the Maison du Gruyére to learn about cheese making, have a lunch at their indoor restaurant and taste the best menus made of “fromage fondu”!

Visiting the World famous Suiss Chocolate maker, Cailler’s museum. You will learn about they history, the history of chocolate making. You can taste freshly made chocolate for dessert! The best experience for chocolate lovers! But who doesn’t love chocolate, right?

After eating all that cheese and chocolate, it will feel good to have a walk at the medieval castle of La Gruyére! Breathtaking sights, lots of history! At the end of the tour, you can get comfortable in our spacious seats, and take a nap while we are heading back to your hotel!

Great experience. The van was comfortable, and Gabor had the timing down so that we were able to enjoy each stop and avoided crowds. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed the cheese factory, chocolate factory and palace very much! Also loved Gruyeres - very quaint village.

Gabor was our tour guide and he was fabulous! He was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the history of The Gruyère castle, the Gruyère cheese factory and the chocolate factory along with the sightseeing along the way! If / when we come back to Geneva, we would request him again!

This was a nice trip out of Geneva with our guide Gabor in a comfortable minivan. The visit to Gruyère Castle was very scenic and the chateau was set up to imagine the history of the place. Views were stunning. Topping that off with a visit to the Callier chocolate factory was perfect. They have a unique tour experience.
